Black bean brownies

 Preheat oven to 350F. In container for immersion blender put:

1/2 cup raw cacao powder

1/4 cup brown sugar (not packed)

1 tsp baking powder

1 can rinsed black beans

3 eggs

4 tbsp coconut milk

A pinch of salt

1 tsp vanilla extract

Blend everything together until smooth. Into butter greased loaf pan, pour batter. Top with chopped pecans. Bake for 35 min. Let cool before cutting.
