Creamy cashew sauce

In magic bullet combine:

1 cup roasted cashews

1 cup bone broth

4 fat cloves of minced sauteed garlic

1 tsp turmeric

1 tsp hing (asafoetida)

salt & pepper to taste

2 tbsp nutritional yeast

Blend, pour over steaming hot pasta. Note, heating this sauce on high heat changes the texture and makes it a little lumpy. Don't do that. Delicious cheese-like sauce, but deeper and more flavorful. 

Modifications: can try with an herb like parsley. Can add big squeeze of lemon.
