Green Linguine

Symplax original. Start boiling a pot of water,  cook whole wheat linguine until just al dente. Chop a few fat cloves of garlic, sautee in olive oil until brown. Put into immersion blender. Put a packet of baby spinach in the pan, cook until wilted and put that into immersion blender as well. Throw in some chopped walnuts, a splash of olive oil, salt, a whole fresno pepper (coarsely chopped), and the secret ingredient: boullion (veggie or chicken) dissolved in a splash of boiling water. The bullion makes the green sauce sooo umami. Drain cooked noodles well, toss with green sauce. Absolutely marvelous.
