Buckwheat pizza

Preheat oven to 400F. In a bowl, mix 2 cups buckwheat flour with a half cup of water and some salt. Add a splash more water once you've mixed it until it forms a dough. On a baking sheet, scatter some cornmeal, then press the dough onto the pan in the desired shape. Bake 5 min. Meanwhile, prepare toppings (in this case: pizza sauce, sauteed veggies, smoked salmon, shredded mozzarella). Take crust out, put toppings on, bake ten more min. Serve.
