Savory black bean pancakes

Start with cooked black beans, cold works best. Blend beans with egg white powder, a couple of tablespoons for each cup or so of beans. Also works with fresh egg, but it's a bit trickier to keep pancakes together. Add in spices (jerk seasoning is great). Add a little water as needed. Batter should be thick but pourable. Heat a skillet with a little oil, pour batter into small circles to form pancakes. Keep fairly small so you can flip easily. Top with a smear of cream cheese, tamarind concentrate, hot sauce, and diced bell pepper.

Works with any kind of cooked, cold beans. Fava beans, pinto beans etc.
