Thai-inspired steamed shrimp

Line a steamer with big cabbage leaves. Throw in some uncooked shrimp, minced garlic, minced ginger, scallions. While it's steaming, make the dipping sauce.
Dipping sauce: Mix together 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1/2 tbsp rice vinegar, 1 tbsp lime juice, and a splash of sesame oil.
Line plates with some fresh big cabbage leaves, serve cooked cabbage and shrimp on top of those. Can eat like wraps, or as a salad :) Awesome 5 min prep meal.
In the pic below, I cut the shrimp into pieces first, but not necessary.
