Spaghetti squash

For basic spaghetti squash, cut it in half scoop out the seeds (save them, great roasted), roast at 400 degrees F for about an hour. Can coat inside with some oil first. You can put a chicken drumstick (can go right from freezer) in there, as well as some spices/marinade. The chicken juices mix with the noodley flesh of the squash and makes a wonderful dish! Cook time with chicken is the same.
