Roasted corn on the cob

This is our favorite way to prepare corn on the cob. Peel corn and place directly on top of the burner of your stove (gas stove needed). Turn periodically to evenly roast, about 10-15 min depending on how high the flame is. Once done, rub with chilli powder, salt, lime and a little butter. We love this in the summer :)
