Kale chips

Put kale in a big bowl. I like getting it pre-washed and pre-cut, so it's super easy :)
Mix with flavorings. Some good combos:

1. olive oil and salt
2. Marinara sauce and nutritional yeast (pizza flavor)
3. Tahini and salt
4. Tahini, garlic powder, lime and zaatar spice

Dehydrate for 5 hours, more is totally fine. They'll be crispy for a few days in an airtight container.
