Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Wash and chop a pound of brussel sprouts (stems cut off) into thin slices. In a food processor, mix a little more than 1/3 cup nutritional yeast, 3 tablespoons of tahini, some chopped garlic, salt. Massage that mixture into slices brussel sprouts. Bake for 20 min at 350 degrees. Then broil 2 min (2 min only, more will burn them).
