Creepy Crepes

Blend one cup of milk, 1 cup of flour, 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 2 tablespoons of softened butter, 1/4 teaspoon of salt. Chill 15-30 min in a covered bowl.
Heat  skillet (non-stick griddle works really well too), pour a ladleful of batter on hot surface (about 1/4 cup for each crepe) and spread around in concentric circles with back of ladle. Flip.

Some of our favourite fillings: grilled musrooms in white wine vinegar. Grilled bananas, coconut, chia seeds. Cream cheese, strawberries and honey.
