Banana oat egg pancakes

The title is pretty much the recipe. Grind 1/3 cup oats in a spice grinder until fine. Mix with two eggs and one ripe banana. Add cinnamon and a dash of salt if desired. Pour a little at a time into a hot griddle, flip. Keep them smallish so they're easy to flip. Great plain or topped with nut butter and fruit, chia seeds and unsweetened coconut are excellent additions.
