Shredded cabbage and salmon salad

Shred some red cabbage using largest holes on cheese grater. Gorgeous color! Add chopped spring onions and chilles. In a small bowl, make a yogurt sauce by mixing plain yogurt (not Greek, too thick), lots of dill and a little salt (not too much, lox are v. salty). Mix sauce, mix with veggies. Put thin pieces of lox on top. Add freshly ground black pepper. AMAZING symplax salad.
