1. Ben's classic burger spice: plenty of salt, pepper and garlic powder. medium amount cumin and coriander powder, a little red pepper flakes and onion flakes.
2. Plenty of jerk seasoning and some garlic powder
Mix well, form into ball with hands and flatten onto hot pan. Let cook a couple of min, flip. Just needs to heat through and get a little crispy on each side. Ben likes it with some melted cheese on top. Also good with a dollop of sour cream (mixed with same spices you used for burger is extra good).
