Symplax pancake

Makes one pancake, good symplax breakfast for one. In a mug, put one ripe banana, an egg (or three egg whites), coco powder, a tablespoon of chickpea flour. Use an immersion blender to blend. Heat a little olive oil in a pan, pour in batter, give the pan a little shake to distribute. Cook a couple of min on medium, flip, cook a couple of min more. Watch it, as it will burn if heat is too high. Perfect symplax pancake. Taste is eggy, sweet, a little dense. If you want a little more fluff, add a couple of spoons of powdered milk.
Wonderful quick symplax breakfast.
