Indian tacos

Symplax original. Mix chickpea flour (besan) with water in a 1:1 ratio. Throw in any spices you want (mustard seeds, curry leaves, cumin, turmeric, onion, some peas are excellent). In a pan, heat ghee, pour batter in there so it's in a thin layer, cook a couple of min, flip, cook a couple of min more.
While that's cooking, shred some tempeh (tofu or ground meat are also good, but tempeh is the BEST). Put in a hot oiled pan with veggies (spinach, tomatoes etc), cumin, turmeric, hing (any indian spices you like together really). Sautee a couple of min until fragrant. Put that mix into your chickpea flour tortillas, top with chopped chilles, cilantro, dollop of sour cream. Making these from scratch takes about 15-20 min. Not bad!
