Summer squash chips

Dehydrator needed for this recipe. Cut veggies (zucchini and yellow squash both work really well) in strips (peel on as long as it's well washed) . I cut it in half, then cut those halves long-ways. Try to keep them thin ish, but really doesn't need to be that thin. Rub with a little olive oil, don't need much. Add spices and a little salt. Dehydrate overnight. These are a super crisp and delicious veggie snack :)
Note: They do shrink quite a bit.
