stuffed peppers

You can really put anything you want into these. Personally, we love putting leftovers in here :) For the ones pictured below, we had some Mexican style beans and salsa made already, so we cooked some ground chicken, and layered it in there with the salsa and beans. Bake at 350 degrees F for about half an hour. Can keep the little pepper cap on so it doesn't dry out too much.
