In a food processor, mix a little less than a cup of cooked black beans, 2 tablespoons of full fat greek yogurt, little more than one third cup coco powder, pinch of salt, a little vanilla extract, 2 tablespoons of honey, optional add ins like nuts. Puree, put into a small dish (it will take the shape of the dish). Put in fridge over night. It should solidify, like a cake. Cut into pieces, can drizzle with honey on top if you want it a little sweeter, put unsweetened shredded coconut on top.
