Blend the following items together, we like to use an immersion blender. 2 cups leaves (cilantro and basil are both great) a few cloves roughly chopped garlic, 1/4 cup nuts (pine nuts and walnuts are both great), salt, a splash of olive oil, lots of freshly ground black pepper.
Optional, can add some freshly shredded parmesan cheese. Great on gnocci! Also great on veggies, like a tomato salad.
